Hydraulic pvoting device

With the hydraulic pivoting device, the feed is evenly distributed right into the last corner of the bunker silo. The optimally chosen pivot point close to the three-point attachment not only makes a high lateral offset possible, but also allows the distributor to be pivoted away from the silo wall particularly easily.

Two swivelling cylinders

In the case of the Silo Fox KOLOSS model, the swivelling device is equipped with two cylinders, and a locking block prevents the device from swivelling in unintentionally and therefore increases safety, e.g. when driving on the road.

Robust oil motor instead of PTO drive

For using the silage spreader on wheel or telescopic loaders, a factory-installed robust oil motor is available as an alternative to the classic PTO drive. A minimum output of approx. 140 litres/min is required to drive the hydraulic motor for the Silo Fox KOLOSS model. MAMMUT provides a wide range of accessories for individual equipment options for wheel loaders and telescopic loaders (attachments, adapters, etc.). Important when on the road: Lighting system

In order to also be safe on the road, there is an optional LED street lighting system already integrated in the safety bar of the Silo Fox KOLOSS model. This equipment is particularly useful for inter-company use of the silage distributor. The driver of the vehicle is always responsible for complying with the relevant road traffic regulations. Important for contractors: Since the new model series of SILO FOX distributors, MAMMUT offers a particularly useful feature for contractors. From now on, it is possible to quickly and easily attach and detach the road lighting system with magnetic brackets, so that the changeover time of the silage spreader is efficiently reduced. For your drivers, this means more working comfort and faster operational readiness in the silo. The necessary deflector plate set is already included as standard with the KOLOSS silage spreader.

Single-sided wide-angle PTO shaft

With all models in the Silo Fox series, a normal PTO shaft is sufficient in most cases due to the pivot point being close to the three-point attachment. A single-sided wide-angle PTO shaft may occasionally be required, on tractors with high attachment points or if the silage spreader is lifted sharply when the PTO shaft is switched on. This can be ordered quite simply as an accessory for the Silo Fox KOLOSS.
