The rotary silage spreader Silo Twist DONAR version is the top model among the silage distributors. The approx. 67 cm high and straight rotors as well as the powerfully dimensioned gears for maximum torque make the silage spreader Silo Twist DONAR an absolute professional machine for the highest feed quantities. The machine is also ideal for use in contracting operations. The standard equipment includes hydraulically folding or telescopic swath limiters and low-maintenance cam clutches as protection for each rotor.

Accessories

Optional reverse gear for front and rear use

Similarly to the other models, a reverse gear is available as an accessory for the Silo Twist DONAR rotary silage spreader. This extends the area of application for the front and rear. The accessory automatically adapts the direction of rotation and the speed of rotation to the respective PTO shaft. This ensures the right quality of work at all times.

Front and rear use: The top PTO stub is intended for the rear PTO, and the bottom one for use on the front PTO of the tractor.

Hydraulic pivoting device for maximum manoeuvrability in the bunker silo

The well thought-out pivot point close to the three-point attachment not only makes a high lateral offset possible, but also allows the distributor to be pivoted away from the silo wall very easily. The risk of collisions and material damage is avoided in the best possible way.
The swivelling device on all MAMMUT rotary silage distributor models has two cylinders, and a locking block prevents the device from swivelling unintentionally and therefore increases safety, e.g. when driving on the road.”

Single-sided wide-angle PTO shaft

All MAMMUT silage distributors are equipped with a normal drive shaft due to the pivot point being close to the three-point linkage.

The attachment point is higher with some tractors, in which case a single-sided wide-angle PTO shaft may be required. This can be ordered quite simply as an accessory for the Silo Twist DONAR silage distributor.

Safe on the road with the MAMMUT street lighting system

Large equipment items must be made visible in road traffic. In this case, MAMMUT provides equipment for driving in road traffic which can be attached quickly and safely. This provides maximum safety, even when driving on the road at night. The driver of the vehicle is always responsible for complying with the relevant road traffic regulations.
