MAMMUT pan mixers for tractors with PTO drive are designed for maximum efficiency and flexibility in concrete production. The drive via the tractor PTO shaft enables cost-effective and mobile use, independently of external energy sources. This means that concrete quantities can be produced precisely and without additional resources directly on site – ideal for all construction projects in and around the house.

With five different models, ranging from 240 to 1,200 litres of usable capacity, the TURBO MIX offers the right solution for a wide range of requirements. Each tractor-drawn cement mixer is robustly built and comes equipped with a three-point attachment, bag opener and mudguard as standard. The well-thought-out design and the option of customising the pan mixer with optional accessories make the TURBO MIX an indispensable helper.

Drive type – can be retrofitted at any time

A particular highlight of the TURBO MIX pan mixer is the option to adapt the drive to new requirements at any time. In addition to the standard PTO, the mixer can be retrofitted with a hydraulic motor or an electric motor – simply by using a screw-on connection. This retrofitting option makes the TURBO MIX particularly versatile and allows for flexible use with tractors, wheel loaders or forklifts, as well as a stationary solution.

The simple conversion ensures that the mixer can be adapted to changing operating conditions or new areas of application. This makes the TURBO MIX a long-term investment that grows with your requirements and ensures maximum efficiency in the concrete mix.

Tractor attachment by three-point chain

The TURBO MIX pan mixer is equipped with a standard tractor attachment. In addition to the use of the top link, the optional three-point chain enables flexible adaptation to different carrier vehicles. The three-point chain offers an excellent opportunity to use the TURBO MIX pan mixer stably and efficiently with smaller tractors. Stability is increased by the centre of gravity being close to the carrier vehicle.

Drive shaft

A wide variety of PTO shafts are available as accessories for the TURBO MIX compulsory mixer. The PTO shaft size III is perfectly suited for the models TM 95 to TM 150, for the models TM 180 and TM 200 there is the size IV. This means that the mixer can be used very easily with the matching PTO shaft in the three-point.

SILO FILL bag filling

With the SILO FILL silo bag filling option, the TURBO MIX pan mixer becomes a multifunctional unit that considerably simplifies the process of filling silo bags. The standard opening in the pan mixer is covered during normal concrete mixing, thus ensuring full functionality without any impairments. When the silo bag filling spout is used, this cover can be removed and, thanks to a simple screw connection, quickly and easily mounted.

The SILO FILL spout makes filling silo bags an effortless process: Position the bag, pull the filling handle and fill, then close – without any hassle. The silo bag can then be conveniently closed without the need for additional labour. Hydraulic sliding opening

All TURBO MIX pan mixer models are equipped as standard with mechanical sliding openings including a splash guard. For even more convenience when concreting, the hydraulic control of the outlet can be added as a practical option. This makes it possible to conveniently operate the slider directly from the tractor, which significantly simplifies the work process. Thanks to the screw-on design, the hydraulic sliding opening can be easily retrofitted at any time.

Water connection

The TURBO MIX pan mixer offers a standard solution for the water supply. The protective grid already has an integrated pipe, with precisely placed holes in the centre section of the grid and a 1/2 inch threaded connection. This design allows the water to flow directly onto the mixture, enabling the mixing ratio to be controlled even more precisely. An optional water supply with a water meter is available for added convenience. This extension allows direct access to the water.

Chute extension

The standard 180° swivelling discharge chute of the TURBO MIX pan mixer is already integrated into all types and enables precise emptying of the mixed concrete. For even more comfort and precision, the optional chute extension can be added, which can be easily hooked onto the existing discharge chute. This extension makes it much easier to pour the concrete, as the extended reach enables more precise positioning. This not only ensures clean work, but also significantly increases working comfort. The chute extension is compatible with all TURBO MIX models and offers a practical addition.

Filling hopper

The funnel extends the filling width of the pan mixer, enabling easy and reliable filling, even with larger loading buckets. This extension ensures that all mixing components enter the drum cleanly and precisely, even if the bucket is wider than the drum diameter of the concrete mixer. Thanks to its easy installation, the filling hopper is the ideal addition for more precise concrete mixing.

Side wall scraper

The side wall scraper is used when mixing earth-moisture concrete to thoroughly clean the drum walls and prevent adhesions in the upper edge area, thus ensuring a more consistent mixing ratio. This is mounted directly on the mixing cross of the pan mixer and is made of special spring steel, which ensures stability and a long service life even with intensive use. The screw-on design allows for quick and easy retrofitting of the side wall scraper.

Support bracket

The support bracket is a practical accessory that has been specially developed to make it easier to fill the pan mixer with a front loader with a mechanical release. When loading, the loading bucket can be safely supported on the bow without damaging the concrete mixer or its drum. However, the support bracket is only necessary if the front loader is mechanically notched. This can be retrofitted to all TURBO MIX models and is the ideal addition for increasing comfort and safety when filling.

Hydraulic motor drive

The hydraulic drive of the TURBO MIX pan mixer offers maximum versatility and independence. When operated with an oil motor, the mixer can be easily operated on wheel, yard or telescopic handlers. The additional mobility, lifting and extending of the mixer enables precise concreting even in areas that are difficult to access, thus ensuring a particularly flexible application.

Electric motor

For quiet and emission-free operation, an electric motor is available as an optional drive variant for the TM 95 to TM 200 pan mixers. The electric motor allows the machine to be operated without the standard PTO shaft and is ideal for applications where no tractor connection is required.
